INTRODUCTION
1.1 This document contains the Terms & Conditions of business of Age Partners a trading style of WTEP Limited registered office 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR. Registered in England and Wales company registration number 08604389. 
1.2 Age Partners will hereinafter be referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”.
1.3 Completion of documentation relating to power of attorney and aspects of the mental capacity act 2005 will represent and hereinafter be referred to as the “work” or “service”.
1.4 The person who makes payment of our invoice, the Donor and the Attorney(s) will hereinafter be referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’.

INSTRUCTION
2.1 You instruct us to carry out the work detailed in the invoice we present to you by making payment of our invoice.
2.2 We agree to conduct the work detailed in the invoice we present to you by accepting payment of our invoice. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 We will conduct the work you instruct us to conduct to the best of its ability.
3.2 We are unable to accept liability for third parties failure to understand or abide by the law relating to any of the service provided.
3.2 You will provide us with full and accurate information which is necessary for us to conduct work in a timely manner.

CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 You, the Donor, the Certificate provider or anyone connected with these parties agree not to disclose any documentation or the contents of the documentation we provide as our service to any third party that may publicise or use this information for commercial purposes.
4.2 We will not disclose your personal information to any third party.

TIME SCALES
5.1 All references to the number of days to complete the provision of our service will be defined in working days and the accrual of these days will not commence until you have provided all of the information we require to provide our service.
5.2 We will use our best endeavours to complete the provision of our service within the time frame indicated but will not be responsible for any delays caused by third parties and circumstances beyond our control.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
6.1 You have the right to cancel the service within 14 days without giving any reason by notifying us. Due to the personalised and expedited nature of the service, you will lose the right to cancel if the service has been completed during this cancellation period. Due to the personalised and expedited nature of the service, if you cancel before the service has been completed you will pay us for consulting and for the work already conducted calculated at a rate of two hundred pounds per hour.
6.2 You have legal rights in relation to documents created using our service. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
7.1 We will communicate with you by email. It is possible confidential information sent in this format may be intercepted intentionally or by accident by a third party. If you do not wish us to communicate by email you must advise us.

QUERIES AND CONCERNS
8.1 If, for any reason, you are unhappy about the quality of service provided you should, in the first instance, take the matter up with the person with whom you have been dealing. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may write to the Client Care Officer, who will provide a written response within eight weeks.

DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Our use of your personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulations and other relevant legislation. The privacy policy on our website explains your rights. We will only process your personal data to the performance of our work and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

10. CONCLUSION
10.1 Should one or more of these Terms and Conditions become unenforceable it shall have no bearing on the enforceability of any other term or condition.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the Law of England & Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts.
10.3 You signify you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by sending us an email, making payment of our invoice or returning an online questionnaire.
10.4 These Terms & Conditions form the basis of the entire relationship between you and us.
